Marquez Valdes-Scantling, WR, South Florida is 6'3" and had one of the fastest 40 times at the combine. Plus, he has a hyphenated name like Juju Smith-Schuster. Of course, I defer to the Chiefs' scouting department to pick the right late round guy.
