He practically breaks his own leg every time he makes a cut. He's a tough guy to tackle though.

I think they should put Toney on punt returns. I don't know why Richie James is the guy, he straight up dropped one against the Jags and had a history of doing that with the Giants. Toney is a legit weapon on the punt return game and it's worth putting him out there for it IMO. He isn't like a superstar receiver that you wouldn't risk him on punt returns.

Toney can be dangerous but concerns about him are still there with good reason.
