I've found myself kind of on the fence over Pioli, but I didn't know that Parcells was his poppa in law. He's been with the Pats since the beginning, and having Parcells as a mentor can't be a bad thing. I'm to the point now where I really hope we get him.

Ferentz may be a ho hum pick but 2-3 yrs ago was viewed as a great up and coming coach along with Nick Saban. One reason he' not viewed that highly now is because he's turned down so many interviews to stay at Iowa and still may. He is better now than Herm Edwards, IMO.
