what does matter is our crappy at bats

not swinging at strikes
swinging at pitches in the dirt
not aware of the situation(ie swinging for the fence when we need a single)
crappy fundamentals

why in the **** should any Royals' fan be worried about silly stuff like hand gestures instead of what is costing wins

I would say it is all about discipline. They spend time on their hand gestures, maybe they should spend that time watching video, or hitting off the tee.

I'm sure Ned was told by many that he's still drawing a check, so STFU and get GB coffee before he asks for it...

Must be nice to have a team that can hit.

The franchise doesn't take the game seriously, why should the fans?

He should feel undermined. He sucks at his job. Underminded, threatened, emasculated, ect.

Perez.

those hand gestures don't indicate anything about whether the players take the game seriously or not.

Billy Butler still being a fat **** is a bigger issue

Billy Butler can hit like shit this year and still get a pass from me. Not true about the rest of them.

Last I heard about DePodesta was he's in the Mets front office and really has no desire to be a GM again.

If he hits like he did last season, I don't care if he's 300lbs.

There have been several fatties who can hit, through the years, why do you give a shit?

The hand gestures do not indicate that, you are correct. The past nearly three decades of shit baseball from this organization does.

Blaming the fans for nit picking at this point is, well, nit picking.

I've already said what I think about the Brett move.

But I'll confess, I was giddy like a little kid seeing Brett in the dugout last night.

Prince Fielder and his dad are both fat and can hit. Wish our fat guy had their power.

That's what DM is hoping for. All is well, because GB is in the dugout. I admit, it brings back great memories, but this is akin to throwing a dress on a pig - at the end of the day, it's still a pig.

DM bought some time with this move, but that's all he did. This is still going to end up being a train wreck disappointment of a season - AKA, business as usual for the Royals Organization

What if Brett legitamitely helps the hitters and we start seeing a significant increase in power. Do you give Moore credit or is he simply lucky? I realize this is unlikely unfortunately though.
