Still under tornado and flood watch but the bad stuff was mostly south and east and it’s calm now. Got a LOT of rain but none of the 2” hail others got.

That's nothing. The EF4 I photographed a couple of years ago was on the ground for almost 60. Killed 6 people in winterset, south and west of Des Moines and dissipated just north of us.

It’s not 60 miles, but it’s far from “nothing”. Thankfully, it’s almost entirely farmland and timber between the 2 towns.
