Not even close. The Sixers are top heavy with way too much unproven talent.
Varejao and Tristan Thompson aren't world beaters. They are more than solid enough to play a support role. Waiters and Kyrie are both proven scorers and shot creators, even if it ends up in a Westbrook / Harden type rotation. And Wiggins at the very least will probably be a very good defender right away. And you still have young guys like Zeller and Bennett who at least have the upside to be rotational players.
In a rotation with LBJ/Kyrie/Waiters/Thompson/Varejao you should have good scorers with ability to rotate in Zeller and Bennett who (maybe) can also shoot from the outside. In a rotation with LBJ/Kyrie/Wiggins/Thompson Varejao, you have a solid defensive rotation. It won't be like in Miami, where you have two critical players at Point and Center who were pretty much liabilities. The Cavs may not have overwhelming talent throughout the roster, but they have enough depth to play lineups with minimal glaring weaknesses.
