(Sigh)...when the Chili Peppers didn't suck...:shake:

I saw them 2 years ago and they were ****ing amazing. Granted, Mars Volta opened for them, so I would have preferred anyone to that acid trip (and I wasn't on acid). They still got it. I'm not saying that they weren't better back in the day, but I still really enjoy some of their new material.

That's Young MC.

Flea is in the background about half way through. It's also in Wikipedia, so it has to be true:

""Bust a Move" was a 1989 single by the rapper Young MC. It appeared on his album Stone Cold Rhymin' and was his biggest hit, reaching #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topping the charts in Australia. The song featured guest vocals by Crystal Blake and bass guitar by Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea."

At the same time I do, the first message of my buddy screaming jubilantly begins to play. I begin dancing. And I don't care who sees me.

All I can think of was Zoolander...

Message Machine: "You have 1,200 messages."
Derek: "That is a bit above average."

But for you...

Message Machine: "You have 1,200 messages."
Spicy McHaggis: "That is a bit above average.... It hasn't been this high since that glorious day when Carl's resignation was announced...."

Many, many, many moons ago, I was having the usual discussions at a different Board and I brought up the fact that because of so many years of dry-spell before Carl, and the dumb****ery during Carl, the very concept of a Chiefs Dynasty seemed so far away, so impossible, that the term just wasn't part of the fan lexicon.

I mean look at it:

"Chiefs Dynasty"

"Kansas City Dynasty"

A dream thought impossible for a long, long time.

Until now.

**** it; I'm getting plowed this weekend!

I wouldn't freak either way. I like what he's done, but I'm sure someone else could do better!

Yeah, I didn't notice that the first time. But what he normally wears is a skirt, right?
