Lol, we have 18 fewer home runs for the entire year as compared to what Toronto has done THIS MONTH.

cmh6476 05-25-2014 06:05 PM

some interesting notes in looking at the mlb.com standings

AL run differential:
1. Oak +90
2. LAA +47
3. Det +29
4. Tor +23
5. Sea +9
6. KC 0

Pct chance of making playoffs
1. Oak 92.2
2. Det 70.8
3. LAA 70.5
4. Tor 63.5
5. NYY 31.3
6. Bal 28.8
7. KC 26.3

yet, we have only scored more runs than Hou in the entire AL

With our schedule through June, I think we'll have a pretty good sense of whether or not we'll be in it late in the year. Brutal stretch coming up.

It's pretty simple, really

BTW we now have no backup infielder

Ned doesnt call anyone up or send anyone down.
That's GMDM.

Seriously?

Having watched just 2 games, I came away surprised these guys have any home runs.

tk13 05-25-2014 06:45 PM

Moose just led off the 2nd inning with a HR for Omaha.

cmh6476 05-25-2014 06:55 PM

I think it has been more than a literal week since the Royals have hit one out. That is so unbelievably embarrassing for a major league team. Even National League teams are laughing at our lack of pop in this lineup.

And here we are... LMAO

Yeah. Somebody posted it might happen and I posted that it was a fact, not a might. Shoulda bet $

If Moose would have been playing for the Royals today we would have won with his homer!

/Dayton Moore.

Stupid Kevin Seitzer for a hitting coach.

C3HIEF3S 05-26-2014 06:02 AM

What time would the gates open for a 710 game?

bsp4444 05-26-2014 07:16 AM

Letting Kevin Seitzer go, and the dumpster fire of an offense for two seasons following, should cost Dayton Moore and Ned Yost their jobs.

Definitely. That should be obvious, especially after he begged for it back live on air
