Randy Covitz was just on NFLN. Said the "deal is imminent" stuff is coming from Bob Lamonte if I heard him correctly. Also he said he thinks the holdup has to do with Pioli.

I am not a fan of moving this team to a 4-3, let alone a more traditional Tampa 2 defense. Especially for a guy like Andy Reid who has really struggled to find a defensive identity, I don't want Reid dictating defensive scheme.

Our best bet is to hope Rivera gets fired tomorrow, and let him convince Reid to stick to the 3-4.
