Things could get a lot worse for them. |
Cincy fans are digesting this L today, will be handed another one on Tuesday, then get to turn back around and get served yet another loss on Thursday!
Gonna be a long week rfaulk, take your tums! |
I hope the Ravens absolutely pulverize these ****ers and send them back to the brink of irrelevancy, at least for this season

I still think they’ll be there in the postseason but it’ll be as an 11-6 Wild Card |
Jump Ball Joe gave the game away twice. They're lucky it wasn't a much more decisive Texans victory.
They can come away from this thinking they were close, but knowing they earned a 14 point spanking at home they got out of. |

Do I see a world where a team this shaky can pull off a 6-1 run? Not likely. This year starting off like idiots actually catches up to them instead of getting horseshoes crammed in every inch of their anal cavitites. |
Bengals are 5-5 since they called our stadium Burrowhead LMAO

Lol always the homer and not seeing what’s in front of you In 21. Thet only had 2 afc losses out of 4 22 only 2 afc losses This year they already have 4 in the conference. 2 in the division. They lost to the Texans at home who now have the tie breaker over them. Remaining schedule At Ravens. Who the lost to Steelers 6-3 At Jags. 6-3 Colts Vikkngs. Who are hit right now At Steelers At Chiefs Browns Open your eyes |
The afc north is the best division in football. I don't see the bengals winning that division. They're the 3rd best team in it. It's possible theybdont even make the playoffs. Which is crazy. Be glad we are in the afc west

Tough loss for them to swallow but you are not out until you are really out. Bengals are dangerous and its really unlikely they miss the playoffs. Even losing at Balt is not a death sentence.

5 conference losses 3 division. Losses 2 1/2 games. Behind with 2 losses to the ravens Only way they can make it would be a wild card. Texans own the tie breaker Look at the division they’re in Already lost to the browns Look at their remaining schedule They’re in trouble |
Tough loss. Looking like a big fat ZERO SB rings won for Joey on his rookie deal.
that's gonna leave a mark... https://www.lobshots.com/wp-content/.../tommy-boy.jpg |
The Bengals season is weird
They're a great team when they're healthy and like they could win any of the games remaining on their schedule but because they started so slow and the afc North is so good they're more likely to miss playoffs than make it Which is all to say lmao Also they have a big bill coming due next season so this season is when they need to win a SB |

I don't really hate the Ravens or Browns. Bengals have a good record vs the Ravens overall and the Bengals owned the Browns up till that goober Baker Mayfield came on board a couple years ago. |

One of my favorite pre-Mahomes moments of my fandom is when he was mic’d up against that savage Roaf led OL whining about being double teamed and watching Richardson just crumple his bitch ass like a beer can. **** the Ravens. **** the Ravens from my seat, I can’t imagine not hating them from yours. |

Cincinnati seems to bring out the inner douche bag
|
Burrow threw two INT's in the fourth quarter at home and they lost. That's pretty shitty.

Best QB in football as long as he has all 3 of his #1 caliber WRs full healthy and doesn't have to move in the pocket. Then he's totally nails. :thumb: |
The Bengals are 31st in opponents' yards per play and may have lost their best defender for the year.
In spite of three turnovers and a bunch of penalties, Houston put up 544 yds on Cincy's home field. Rfaulk's undying optimism is nice and all, but the Bengals will be lucky to get into the playoffs, much less beat KC. |

Texas-sized feast yesterday 'cause they knew he was throwing. If you can get pressure on Joe, bad things happen. Chase balled out yesterday with a bad back but not enough against a bottom-feeding team. |
You get pressure on Joe and he's gonna throw his patented jump ball right into triple coverage.
Guy is built to wither under heat. |
Bengals will be 5-5 after this Thursday's game with the Ravens at Baltimore.
After coming off a loss the Ravens will be out for vengeance. Bengals might not even reach the playoffs this year. |

AFCN has a rough go the rest of the way, will be interesting to see who emerges. House money has to be on the Ravens, but any of these teams could make it interesting. Hard to imagine Pitt contuing their bizarre season (-30 point differential), but who knows. |

And for the record maybe Joe should throw less int's but of course that can't be the problem. It must have be Boyds drop. What od Joe get done in the first half? Nothing. He may as well get use to bad WR play since he will have some of that coming in 2024 after 2 of his guys walk when they pay Chase 40 mil per year. |
Trey Hendrickson has a hyperextended knee. Won't miss a lot of time but he's definitely not playing Thursday

Yesterday was just a small sample of the remainder of Burrows career without two #1 receivers. They missed their chance the last two seasons. Now they are starting the portion of Burrow’s career where they are fighting tooth and nail just to make the playoffs since Burrow is so vastly overrated.
|
Burrow played at a high level for 3 quarters last night. Had a 70 QBR. That dropped to something like 20 in the 4th quarter. I don't know what we chalk that up to exactly, but regardless Joe played pretty well for 3/4 of the game. We'll see if that was an outlier performance pretty quickly.
Still certain CIN makes the playoffs, so we'll see. |

I'm not a Burrow fan, but he did enough to win that game if Boyd would have brought his hands into the huddle. |
BURROWHEAD: Bengals talking a lot of sh1ttttt

After the first drive, 5 drives totaling 33 yards with 5 straight punts. He was not good most of that game and was very fortunate to have not been down double digits at half time and was even luckier to have a chance in the game at the end at all. |

A dropped ball doesn't gvie Burrow a pass for 2 4th Q INTs. |
Quote:
You've turned into quite the ****ing clown. |
Quote:
I see your point. However, Joe also threw 12 completed passes and only missed 3 passes between his 1st TD and his first INT. 14 completions if you include the pair of DPIs that were assessed in that stretch. Not that I care which way you want to see those. Either way, Joe completed 4 passes for every pass he missed. Also, it should be noted that flags, the lack of a running game (66 total yards) and sacks produced many of those punt situations, not joe. And let's not forget, Boyd (and I think one other receiver) dropped passes that would've changed the outcome of the game. or, potentially anyway. My point was, that Joe was playing well enough, until the 4th when he threw those INTs, which were just not good decisions. |
