Been coming down hard since 5. I imagine we've gotten 4 inches of snow and it's still coming down. Trees are caked with heavy wet snow with 30 mph winds. Some tree branches are coming down and some people out of power. 20 miles north they aren't getting anything. Just sitting and churning over us and south.

Now I know what it's like to sit behind a 777 that exhausts wet snow at 70mph.

Not something to be marked off the bucket list, more like the "**** YOU" list.

The wind blew so god ****ing hard it was louder than thunder.

Not today. It rained and thundered and hailed earlier this morning but it's drier and super windy now and we are still above freezing.

This is the first time since KCMO rolled out recycling and trash bins that they are being blown over around the neighborhood.
