I was going into this week thinking that 1-1 was a strong possibility. But I thought that the loss would be against Alabama, not Arkansas. SMH. Tigers had the chance to claim the double bye with A&M losing to Tennessee. But it looks like their going to blow it. Damnit. Because Mizzou.

The Texas and Arkansas losses were the worst losses in SEC play this year.

Happens every season.

Can't wait for them to lose a 5-12 game because they go 10-21 from the line.

SMH. Lost to a bubble team. What are they? Quad 2 or 3? Either way, first non quad 1 loss all year. I don't know how you beat 3 top 5 teams, then drop a game to Arkansas. SMH.

They're a quad 1 loss. They were like 40 something. A top 75 team while on the road is considered quad 1.

Grill ****ed us hard in the second half. Just jacking up three's. This team needs to drive to the rim and they're fine. They just decided to settle for jump shots all night and went cold. They should have been winning by 20 at half.

Classic Mizzou, when things are going really well, put on your cup.

Chill out and calm down.

1. Arkansas is not a bad team. They have talent.
2. That game was everything for Arkansas. They had to have that W to make the tournament.
3. Josh Gray didn't play (and this hurt Mizzou some in both pick-and-roll defense, where he is excellent, as well as on the glass, where again he is excellent).
4. The team had weird travel and spent 4.5 hours on a boss to Fayetteville. Tough on the bodies to be on a bus that long, and that's a shit drive regardless (curvy, windy roads).

This loss isn't a killer for Mizzou's resume or a comment on anything about its ceiling or floor.

The biggest potential draw-back is dropping Mizzou from the 4 to the 5 line in the conference and killing the double-bye potential.

Played a C- game against a bubble team on the road that's fighting for its tournament life. Coming off a big win, it happens.

And when it does, you lose.

I thought we'd blow them out, but a loss isn't a big deal. We thoroughly outplayed them in the first half. Should have been up 20.
