I like what we have accomplished so far in both FA and trades.

I know Alex Smith may be a pricey trade but if he really performs, then it's not bad.

I also like Mardy Gilyard. I liked him in college and know he hasn't lived up to his potential but maybe he can come around.

DeVito is a real good pickup and I think he will perform better than expected and be a pleasant surprise for Chiefs fans.

Fasano is a much better tight end than anything we had an will give Moeaki a run for his money.

Dunta Robinson and Hasain Abdullah are excellent additions to our weak secondary.

The Chiefs are "trying to trade" Matt Cassel.
They won't succeed. The Chiefs can't afford to carry Cassel's $7.5 million salary for much longer if they plan to make any more moves in free agency, and will likely release their deadweight quarterback some time in the next 48 hours. Ricky Stanzi should be on his way out of Kansas City, as well.

WTF is up with this update on NFL.com:

Brandon Carr | CB Previous Team: Dallas Exp: 5 years

Analysis: ESPNDallas.com reports the Cowboys flew Carr to town on Jerry Jones' private plane and signed him to a mega deal.

Dunno what time I posted that.
ALOT of these "reporters" are hacks.
I just copy/paste from twitter from who I see it first on my account.

Edit: yeah that Dorsey was going was posted at 3:59pm
The extra part about the Chiefs trying too keep him was new...I think
We signed a DT so I think its a mute point.

Well, it's not Tampa or Philly. Highly doubt it's San Fran, but I can't get confirmation on if it's KC or not.
