True we don't have this with KU Football, Chiefs Football, Royals or obviously any other local college teams. I'm definitely used to it and try hard not to rub it in when it comes to accomplishment both in the collegiate ranks and in the pros.

I mean KU Football is a laughingstock right? Then why is it all I see are KU players in the NFL playoffs and nothing from mizzou and Iowa State?

And before you start down the "more $$ and contracts" route, lets establish that you had 3 players playing for a contract this past year. Stuckey got 4 years for 7M, Collins 5 years for 30M and Talib got 6 for 58M (only 3 years and 27 of which is guaranteed).

Nowhere has any Mizzou fan said these players suck. Talib is above average, Harris looks promising and is pretty solid and Colins is the definition of average. You have nothing else of note in the NFL.

So when do the MU players get paid?
