Frank Mir just killed a lot of Duffee's brain cells. Duffee hit the mat face down

UFC 191's main event in September is the tinyman title fight, Mighty Mouse vs Dodson. Main card includes PVZ and Rumble.

UFC 192 is DC vs Gustaffson, 10/3 in Houston

Gus would probably have to defend once or twice if he beats DC, because I'd expect JBJ to get at least a year after his trial (which hasn't even started yet) is finally finished.

Minor injuries + a sizable settlement with the injured chick + a celebrity=Probation+volunteer efforts+a big ass fine.

JBJ won't see a jail cell.

the "injured chick" has no say in it whatsoever, they won't even need her to testify or help them in any way. The prosecutor fully intends to bring felony charges to a grand jury.

Felony charges don't always mean jail time.

Yep. Probably probation. They can charge what they want but likely plea it down.

The UFC has fired "Stitch" Duran. He's been relentlessly hammering the UFC on social media over the Reebok deal for a while and started talking to the media about it today, and I guess the UFC finally had enough.

It was a pitiful move by the UFC. The reebok sponsorship hosed him. He was going to be required to wear the reebok logo, but was not going to be paid for it. He lost a lot of money from sponsorships. I'd be pissed as well.

Good for him, though. He's one of the best, and he'll have no trouble finding work.

The cutmen are not wearing Reebok, they just have a plain vest now, but yeah they kinda got hosed.

I read in an interview that they'll be wearing the reebok logo. Either way, thst doesn't matter if we agree they got hosed out of their sponsorship money. I'd like to know what his pay was without sponsorship money. He called it garbage today, but I'm sure that's him sweetening his side of the argument a bit.

nah, they had plain vests for 189, and Stitch said they weren't going to be wearing any logos now.

Anyway, this looks more like a pretty spectacular resignation (by forcing the UFC to fire him) than a real firing. He's got plenty of work for boxing and other promotions, so he felt free to just go off on the UFC.
