Maybe Duffy or Paulino? Fact is that If the Royals are toast around the deadline they need to trade him for something. He won't be back next year. Shields im much more hesitant unless a nice package comes along. Fact is royals have $$$ to spend next year and Shields may be part of a good club (who knows)

Sure, if Paulino and Duff are ready at that time. I would not be surprised to see both of them in AAA for awhile after they recover from the surgery to readjust mechanics etc.
