Pay. This. Man. - @LyleGraversen

Guy can play. He’d be a great answer at our 1-Tech.

If he can be had for under $10 million per, it needs to be strongly considered. Rookie NT’s take a while to develop and there are a lot more DE talents in the top 70-80 picks in this draft.

Rotoworld speculating Tennessee and Seattle to have interest.

Why? He's an OLB. You can do a front of Kpass Jones Hankins Houston in the zone schemes.

Why?

Their positions are nothing alike. They might use Tanoh inside sometimes, but it won’t be common.

?

Hankins would replace Logan. Tanoh will play edge and interior pass rush on 3rd down.

Apples and oranges.

We probably won’t have to worry about it because whoever loses the Suh sweepstakes will want Hankins I bet.

All the more reason to get this shit done now before that happens.

If his agent is smart, they’ll wait.

Yup.

Wouldn't have been a bad move to try and swing a late round pick for him, I think. He had 2 years with an average of 8.5 million left.

Huh? One of the stupidest posts in this thread.

Getting a starting NT means drafting a DE/OLB was a wasted pick?

pugsnotdrugs19 03-17-2018 04:21 PM

If you’re one of those guys who doesn’t want to see Le’Veon Bell or Derrick Henry run all over our ass again in Arrowhead, this is a move you should be banging the table for.

With Hitch, Hankins, and Berry returning, the run defense would look good.

Apples and oranges.

Logan played 52% of the snaps and a lot of those were as DE in the sub packages we ran.

We are in sub packages a lot, and plan to use them even more next year due to the offense scoring points. Why take Tanoh off the field? I want that mother****er in there at every opportune moment since he probably won’t play a lot of OLB due to Ford/Houston taking the majority of those snaps.

The guy is perfectly built to be like David Irving. Roll with the kid.

$10 million?

He was just cut by a team that paid him $9 million per year.

I'd do a 2 year, $10 million dollar deal with some incentives.

Sassy Squatch 03-17-2018 04:31 PM

That won't get him here. D Line market has been super inflated this year.

If he’d take it, maybe even 3/$15-18M so we can lower the year one hit more.
