Another interesting thing to think about, Spags held one the historically best offenses ever in the NFL to 14 pts in the SB in 2007 with a defense that probably had less talent on it than KC does.

Well we broke Von Miller so I understand why

Like when he made Mike McGlinchey into his prison bitch. And I fail to see how this same thing doesn't apply to the 5 YEARS this franchise spent with Dee Ford. Is that not also 'old news'? And c'mon now - we're not really gonna pretend like Buckner is better than Chris Jones, are we? I mean Armstead I might be willing to have a conversation with you about, at least as to this season. But Buckner? I mean...c'mon. That's just silly. That's not quite me trying to argue that Breeland is better than Sherman, but it's not far off. |

I basically just posted this in the Watkins thread. I think teams forget about him. They are so worried about Hill and Kelce that Watkins in an afterthought. I think he is going to have a huge game as well. |

And I LIKE Buckner. I liked Buckner last season before half these ass-clowns knew the dude's name. I liked the dude coming out of Oregon before he kinda sputtered out of the chute in his first couple years. The guy's a really nice player and a difficult matchup in the middle because of his length. But FFS, Chris Jones is the 2nd best DT in the league and really there's probably less of a gap between him and Donald than there is between him and Buckner. That's just laughable. |

Bosa, Ford, Bucker, and Armstead are all good players. I'll even give you Bosa being better than Clark this year and likely going forward. But Chris Jones is better than either Armstead or Buckner. Jones outproduced Buckner in pass-rush counting stats this year despite missing 3 games (and basically 4) - and had just one fewer tackle for loss. Roll it back to 2018 and it's the same story. Armstead outproduced Jones by one sack and 3 TFL this year, again despite playing 3 more games. Armstead wasn't even in Jones' ballpark last year. Jones tracks to 12 sacks, 27 QB hurries, and 11 TFL if playing a complete season. Just so you know what we're talking about here. And as for Ford and Clark... as already stated, Clark has outperformed him as a pass rusher. And he does more than just rush the passer. He sets and holds the edge. He plays the run. He plays through injuries (both have been injured this year, but Ford - as usual - sat his bitch ass out every time he had a hang nail). Charvarious Ward would be the second-best CB on your team. So would Breeland. Either would start. |
Why would Von Miller pick against the Chiefs? Because we broke his sorry ass.
This was right after his latest ass kicking we have him:

Von:

“We’ve tried everything, on and off the football field. We’ve tried all different coaches, all different players. I really don’t know what’s going on. If I did, I would be the first to execute whatever plan it is to get everything better. He can come win a ring with Pat after that, though. Call it payback for Neil Smith. |
