What happened?

Rhodes and Rollins started off RAW. Crowd booed pretty heavily when they started the promo off teasing Rhodes challenging Rollins for his title then the crowd got a full fledged Rocky Sucks chant. Both their reactions were hilarious. They're either both incredible actors or they weren't ready for that level of vitriol LMAO

Might be the best timeline. McIntyre has been excellent recently and Egomaniac Heel Rock is almost certainly going to be incredibly entertaining.

The fact that WWE is acknowledging the chants on their social media makes me wonder if we have all been worked.

Doubt it. Thus far tonight they've at least done an admirable effort back tracking but from most accounts this was Rocky and TKO executives coming in from the top rope and throwing a huge monkey wrench into things. Could you imagine the meltdown if Punk hadn't gotten injured and they switched from Punk/Rollins and Rhodes/Reigns to Rhodes/Rollins and Rock/Reigns? LMAO Punk would've gone full nuclear.

And end result they want to work towards currently is Rhodes/Rollins and Rock/Reigns. That shit got booed out of the building in ****ing St Louis. Ain't no way this is how they want it to go, and it's going to require Rock actually ceding that he's not wanted and further shattering his apparently fragile ego to fully rehab this.

Apparently it's in the contract Rock signed. He's main eventing Wrestlemania 40 against Reigns. Period. Dunno why they did that without consulting first with literally everyone else in the company so they could avoid this disaster but it is what it is.

Cause the WWE is owned by a company that thinks Rock is worth more money than anyone else..that's it.

Well, that was rather dumb of them, then. Don't know if they're unaware or just don't think it matters, but Rocky really hasn't been all that popular a guy for quite a bit, and if they're really intent on push on as scheduled for 2 months they're going to erode what good will he has left with this audience too.
