Watson is also a ****ing loser and total weirdo that preys on innocent massage therapists that he met thru Instagram. F him too.

And last but not least, the Browns made the biggest blunder I've ever seen. ROFL they get what they deserve. LMAO

His only job is doing what the owners tell him. And if enough of them are pissed that Cleveland put out this unprecedented guaranteed contract that will be what gets Rodger to **** the Browns hard and deep.

Hopefully this all ends in a happy ending

That said, given his weekly targeting of new masseuses, his admission that he didn’t care about the quality of their work, and the facilitation by the Texans, I think he gets a 2 year banhammer minimum.

This feels like a solid estimate. Really don't think there is a precedent to point to that let's us know. Ray Rice and Mike Vick come to mind as two people who did something that just utterly disgusted fans to a point you wondered if they would ever get to play again. Vick was out 2 years. Rice I think the suspension changed after outrage that it wasn't enough, which kind of changed the league's approach. After his story it seemed like teams had zero interest. Probably different if he played QB at a high level.

The NFL loves the Browns, nothing will happen.

Should have been a geyser in Houston

You know the NFL was hoping that this was a minor incident. Watson is one of their young stars that they were grooming. He was everything that the NFL wanted in a young QB.

Vick and Rice were on the decline when their cases broke.

Not seeing two years. Guessing 1 year will be tops unless he actually ends up convicted of a crime. Really if the NFL followed their policy of a first offender it should be 6 games if guns or other contributing factors not present but the sheer number will increase it. He takes some sexual addiction counseling and is good to go. The big issue is if the NFL includes a couple case that will allow the Browns out of the stupid agreement or even if the Browns will want out. Also, interesting if Watson appeals it which neither party probably wants but Watson will be forced to if Browns try to cancel the agreement.

The Browns should be further punished on TOP of eating all the bad years of that contract and already losing the draft picks.

They were irresponsible as **** and need to be made an example of

counting last year him sitting out, he will end up not playing for a total of four straight years :thumb:

exemption till civil cases take place, and two year ban minimum (one for deshaun, the other for the ****tard browns) :D

First offender policy?

This isn't like the guy has one DUI or a first time domestic altercation.

The first offender policy isn't going to apply to what's clearly habitual behavior.

RedinTexas 06-08-2022 06:06 PM

Given the fact that they're now going to go after the Texans organization for involvement in the matter, I would predict that this mess is going to get larger and last a lot longer. The Texans have much deeper pockets and the plaintiffs may end up going after the NFL as part of it too, so that would be much much deeper pockets.
