No way. Possessive uses an apostrophe. Plural doesn't.

That last one should read "The tits are mighty big." If the tits were possessive, you would say, "The tits' areolas are really big." Something like that.

"Your tits are big. You're a big tit person, ain't ya? You have some mighty big tits there, lady."
