He's broken again.
|
Well, that's more than a bit disappointing that he actually is a broke dick and wasn't just masquerading as one in the Giants Organization.
|
Sounds like they pulled him for precautionary reasons.

Let him rest this week. Rams shouldn't be hard to beat

If he's 100%, he should play. Anything less than that and absolutely, go ahead and sit him. |

How many times over how many years do you think Andy got burned by this sort of thing before he came to this hyper-cautious approach? Imma defer to him on this one. If he wants to make sure a guy is back and healthy and THEN rests another week to be extra sure - okay. His experience in the game says he has his reasons and then some. |

The reality of the situation the Chiefs find themselves in is that these games don't really matter.
I mean they do, but we all know it's just hobbknobbing around until January. Get/be healthy then. |

Just look at the Chargers. They rushed Mike Williams back too fast and he re-injured his ankle on his first ****ing catch. Then they had to play Keenan Allen way more than they intended, which risked re-injury for him as well. |

It's obvious that hey rushed him and Allen back because it was the biggest game of their season. |

Guys like Allen and Williams are going to be cut soon. |
Quote:
Chiefs could use Keenan Allen. ;) |
So that answers the question if he really was injured, doesn't it?
I guess that's a good thing. Rest him. Let him learn the playbook and then get his ass ready for the last 3-4 games of the season before the playoffs. |

Like Buffalo, the answer is to just keep getting better rather than waiting for them to atrophy because I don't see anything impossible in their salary structures. |
When does it get to the point the NFLPA steps in and does something about the Chargers medical team? Holy ****nuckles, the careers they've seriously altered if not outright ruined due to their incompetence.

Look what that field did to the Chiefs. Took out CEH, took out Thornhill, reaggro'd Toney. |
J.C. Jackson also came back too early and I wouldn't be surprised if his ****ed up knee was a result of him trying to compensate for his ****ed ankle.

His history is not good. |

Definitely. If he plays it should be limited. |
If he is the new Watkins at least he only costs roughly 5 million instead of almost 50 million over 3 years.

I didn't even realize he got hurt last night? Any updates/news about what it is?
|
Very disappointing he couldn't take advantage of the injuries only to be hurt AGAIN himself
|
Rest him as much as necessary
His whole vibe since arriving has been great, and his production in such a short time has opened many eyes... he's worth some kid glove treatment Meanwhile Skyy gets force fed into a bigger role, and continues to grow Its all win |

It also lets Veach see how the offense operates without guys that are entering FA after this year. If they struggle, it may be wise to make a move in the offseason to add another weapon…but if thusly thrive, he can allocate more resources towards another position group like safety and DE. |

Shows up with a bad rap and rep for being space brained, and fragile... but makes good almost instantly in new surroundings and goes on to be massive weapon for years |

Toney can be that guy this year. |
The Toney injury puts OBJ back in my radar. I thought maybe it's just a Giants thing, but until Toney gets a full off-season with our training staff, they would be better to plan like Toney is not here and be happily surprised when he is.

Anyone understand this?

Considering Toney had a hamstring injury this year before we acquired him, I'd be a little cautious sending him out there. |

Ian Rappaport says Kadarius suffered a mild hamstring strain, not a tear or more serious injury.
Knowing Andy, he'll sit at least this week, unfortunately. But at least it's not anything serious. |
Dude needs Tony Horton's Stretch-X program.
|
James Toney in his current condition could play WR this week and it wouldn't matter. Rest him up.
