They got me again, one last time.

RIP Milkman. I think we met once over 12 years ago. But I’m not sure. I know we talked a lot in the 10pm thread. One of the few shiny parts in this place. The world is dimmed by his loss.

Same. He had always been my favorite poster and we shared a ton of time sharing opinions back and forth. I’m going to miss having those conversations as well as the real life conversations with him a lot. He was a good friend.

I was a lot more active here in the first 10-12 years. The other folks that have passed (other than Logical) I just didn’t know as well. I’ve known Milkman as well as you can know someone on a message board, for over 20 years going clear back to the Star board.

I'm unbelievably sad reading this, Milk was one of the most respected minds in here. Hope you're in a better place Milk, I didn't know you much but we had some really great arguments back in the day. Jeannie deepest condolences to you and I hope nothing but the best for you through these troubling times.

I waited what I hope is an appropriate time for an outside fan to express my sympathies here. Milkman filled an important role here, especially after Skip skipped out. His consistency in calling it like he saw it regardless of who he was calling out was something I admired. In addition to being an ardent and knowledgeable football man he brought an edge this board needed.
