**** cancer. RIP

I just searched a Utah obit site with the tag "brain cancer" and found that. It said he lived around KC growing up, had a rare form of brain cancer, and was a huge Chiefs fan. Seemed like him. RIP. |

Looks like he was handsome fella as well, and way too young... I am extremely glad we made peace through PMs not too long ago RIP, Drew |
Really, really awful. He handled his illness well and was a vital part of this message board. Damn, RIP.

RIP brother. You will be missed.

Easily one of the most colorful, entertaining, opinionated posters on this forum.
I had great respect for the hard, largely unparalleled work he put into the Draft Forum (a forum we should rename after him for the foreseeable future), and his occasional rip-roaring into DC was always great. I know nothing about him as a person, but I truly enjoyed him. For eternity, a ChiefsPlanet first round draft pick. Thank you Sacc. Rest in peace. |

In our last PM exchange about a month and a half ago, he had said he was sleeping a ton and that the doctors had told him to expect that
My reply was something like "so they're just telling you to rest because of the harsh treatments right?" He came back with "not exactly" among other things in that last pm... one thing I know for sure is that in his last month+ he was constantly surrounded by loved ones I'm very thankful for that |

r.i.p. sacc... my older brother died from a rare brain cancer too... just an awful way to go... :( |
Rest in Peace Saccopoo. You will be missed.

To Sacc, and likely to us all eventually, nothing else is more important than being around those we love. No job, money, possessions. I am so happy to hear that he got the opportunity to spend his last days surrounded by his loved ones. Drew, thank you for your advice, and while I didn't follow it, I will remember your words and appreciate my family time even more than I ever have now. RIP forever. You will be missed dearly. |
I lurk. Sad to read this.
|
Oh my, I was wondering last week about him and didn't get to follow up.
This is just a Sacc o poo as he refereed it to me once. RIP Saccopoo, May God Bless your family and loved ones. Quote:
Again, RIP Saccopoo |
I'm sad to read this.

And I'm in 100% agreement that DraftPlanet should be named in his honor. A good dude, gone way too soon. RIP. |
Very sad. RIP buddy. You were a great person and friend. Definitely will miss discussing the next big prospect at Utah.
|
I think that going forward any Chiefs-related Mock Draft should be required to contain at least ONE Ute. I mean it won't have the 3-4 he usually had in there, but it's a start.
I enjoyed his takes and all the work he did on the draft forum as Direckshun said. Life is fragile. Enjoy it. |
If there is an afterlife, I'm sure he's telling somebody about the next Utah fatty that's gonna be a great NFL player. Or one of his better bangarang tales.
Really shitty news. RIP |
RIP Sacc.

Damn.
|
#1 pick in CP Mock needs to be some massively hyped white dude from Utah.
RIP, dude |
RIP, it sucks but I'm glad for the investigation by posters here. Hopefully he is in a better place.

RIP, I've been lurking on CP since 2010 and always enjoyed his posts especially when it came to the draft.
Cancer is such a terrible thing for a person and their family to go through, losing a loved one to cancer (especially someone so young) is one of the most heart wrenching things to go through. RIP and condolences to the Rigby family. |
Sad news hearing we just lost a CP brother....Thoughts and prayers for his family....
|
Ugh.
Enjoyed reading his posts in the draft lounge. Going to miss his insight. RIP SAC Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Sad to hear. We all are vulnerable short timers on the third rock in the solar system in the Milky Way galaxy among 200 billion other galaxies. Peace to everyone and RIP Saccopoo.
