Tua looking like ass so far. Maybe teams are now figuring this Fins offense out

Brutal throw. That should have been picked.

Does not have accuracy on the run

That sure looked like a noodle arm throw from Tua.

He's been toying with an NFL record pace.

Fins offense was humming when they spread the ball around. Seems like they are trying to force feed Tyreek

The funny thing is for years people wanted coaches to go for it more in those situations, and it's probably the right call lots of times, but now that teams are doing it you can see where it hurts you down the line.

Chiefs might not win the game today if Reid didn't just take the points in the first two drives today. It would have been tied in the 4th quarter. Seems like there are a lot of games now where the endgame would look different if a team had just taken 3 somewhere earlier in the day.

Yeah, and Staley has a knack for going for it early and then kicking when he should really go for it.... it's like he sees no value in early possessions, but late in games he turtles under the pressure of just wanting points.

He also seems to love going for the 4th and goals, which is of course more difficult than anywhere else on the field and you have coaches that overthink the short yardage stuff on top of it.

He somehow makes that weakass left arm work for him, weird

No doubt he's better and more confident, and obviously a large part of that is just a really solid assortment of weapons and better system.

That said, this is about the time of year when some DCs may catch up to what they're doing and be able to make adjustments. I'll be interested to see if the 49ers blueprint last week carries over for the rest of the season (not easy because the 49ers have more talent on D than almost anyone else, but we've seen it firsthand when a team's bread and butter is kinda exposed and it changes the way an offense looks).

not sure that is a catch

Thought the same, but can't find a good conclusive evidence to really overturn it.

siberian khatru 12-11-2022 07:52 PM

No catch

SupDock 12-11-2022 07:52 PM

Thought I saw pebbles flying

blake1771 12-11-2022 07:52 PM

not a catch, but i doubt they overrule it.

edit: i stand corrected. it WAS a catch.

After seeing that angle, it's definitely a catch.

He's spoiled like a silver spoon baby with surrounding talent no doubt, its like he's right back in college
