He got thrown out of a loss to the Cowboys for throwing a punch. And he had a toe or foot issue in OTAs when he wore the wrong-sized cleats and practiced at one point with one shoe on.

The phrasing implies to me that the 3rd is conditional (and he'd have to be healthy and produce something) for that.

When healthy this guy has shown flashes of being borderline elite. Never healthy, but still.

Veach is all over scouting WRs...so he knows about him. Must have liked what he saw..

He is next years Hardman...conditional 3rd rounder for a 23 year old WR that had a 1st round grade...seems like an educated risk if he meets the trade conditions...which I would assume is tied to his health/character concerns.

Kind of a no lose deal...
