Sophie Turner was just such a terrible choice. She was awful in Apocalypse and now she has to somehow carry this movie.

There's no way she has the chops for it.

She is good eye candy but yeah, her acting skills are a little to be desired.

What the hell did they do to Mystique? She looks like a completely different actress is playing the part.

I heard JL doesn't like the make up at all... wouldn't be shocked of they lightened it up for her.

After rewatching the trailer I'm warming up to it. Hopefully it's good. The trailer music was pretty epic. Same people they did the Aquaman final trailer music.

It looks like a 2-hour metaphor for menopause. With Professor X as the gynecologist.

I keep hoping they cancel this and dump it on Disney+ or something. Even if it's good it's a dead end, all it does is extend the wait for the inevitable MCU reboot. And it kind of burns Dark Phoenix for future use in the MCU.

This trailer was certainly better. But yeah... I have my doubts...

Marvel is dipping its toe into its cosmic entity side, and everything is about to merge. I actually like it.

LOL... yeah, the original video was some stupid huge resolution, and I cut it down manually just by fudging the height/width numbers so it would fit on normal screens. Worked out perfectly...

Read a review that it's just another X-Men movie, nothing special. Think I'll wait for it to hit TNT in 6 months.
