Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1 is a GREAT album. Such a talented man and he took a big hit for his fellow musicians. Prince shouted out to him for it. Sad about this. Me and my GF were just talking about him last night. My favorite tune of his:

1000% of the same page. Lw/oP was the first album to 'blow my mind.' I loved music, but most of what I liked had already been made and established when I got into it [Led Zeppelin, Journey, AC/DC, Nazareth, Beastie Boys]. Lw/oP was about the 2nd or 3rd CD I ever bought [starting my transfer from cassettes], and he was the semi-joke from Wham! at the time. I heard the radio hits from Faith, but Lw/oP was completely different and polished and new.

Joey Boots is not 'Baba Booey guy.' He said it whenever he could get on camera, but Baba Booey started in studio when producer Gary Dell'abate bought a Baba Looey [Quick Draw McGraw's sidekick] lithograph and called it 'a Babba Booey original' when describing it to Howard.

Joey was one of 1000s who yelled Babba Booey whenever there were news cameras around, but he didn't start it, or pioneer it.

He was just a run-of-the-mill whack packer. He wasn't even handicapped or extraordinary like Beetlejuice, Underdog Lady, or Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf. He and High Pitch Eric were low-intelligence hangers on who provided occasional comic relief.
