Well I dont think Sutton will be fired first of all, maybe he should be, maybe we need to upgrade some personnel.

Secondly you need to know who is available and have a plan before you blow shit up.

You dont go firing guys unless you have a replacement in the wings. You just don't.

20 hours later my guess is they haven't been working on that prior to the season ending.

Give Reid and Dorsey some time to digest whats happened and start working on their plans.

Easy as a fan to fire everyone and cut everyone, we dont have to replace the people or players.
