It's kind of a factory job. Basically a big production plant.

Have you spoken to your direct supervisor or HR about the issue?

KCUnited 08-09-2012 01:05 PM

I'd talk to your sup about it.

hahah I feel like this at work quite a bit. I shake it off it too, had a few close calls, but my conscience told me not to.

If you ever want to go to the Southside festival again you need to settle this in the parking lot. Make sure you DON'T wear your good jeans. Use the jeans you are most likely to go water skiing in or to church in. Just swing first and know that that beer is going to taste really good. Now your only choice is what koosie do you choose "These colors don't run" or "Freedom isn't free"

I am having a meeting with 2 people a little further up the company ladder this afternoon.

I feel like resigning my position. I don't want to go back and face this guy or some of my co-workers.

Can you afford too?

You did as much as you can legally do to protect yourself, save getting a restraining order of sorts. More than likely he over reacted to something and started talking out of his ass. I'd bet he doesn't try it again.

**** that noise!
He's the one crossing the line here.

Have the meeting first and see how they plan to handle the situation.

Demonpenz 08-09-2012 01:12 PM

What you do is you call this guy up on his cell phone and tell him that a new factory wants him and his skills. When he fills out his application bust in the door and tell him he's hired by the factory! THE FACTORY OF PAIN.

Not really. But I can find another job while I wait for my career to get going. In fact I had a meeting with someone in my career field recently and was hoping that job would come through. I feel as though work is a hostile environment, and really don't want to subject myself to that any longer.
