You divide something by the number of years registered. I know that someone who's been here a long time, but has few posts won't do much either way. Someone with years here and a large post count won't do as much as someone with the same number of each but the one had more pos rep. They're all intertwined somehow.

I don't even remember where to go to see my rep count. It maxes out somewhere. I know I'm maxed, but I can't get to it to see what that number is.

BTW I think the first one is supposed to be 1 point of power for every 100 rep points

327+47+16=390

I think you need 50 posts to give rep out too..

Green means that someone either has negative rep, or their rep is turned off. If someone with a neg rep balance gives you any kind of rep, it's not going to do anything.
