Tyreek can't hang with taller DBs.

Gonna miss him for sure but he had several tipped balls in his hands that gifted the DB a interception and that goes on Pats stats.

I wanna say **** Tyreek Hill but I'll always love him for helping us win a Championship and made us a feared offense. Well ~ Bye

Dude DB's rarely could hang with Hill... I am not gonna get people all pissed off but the Chiefs ****ed up bad by letting Hill go + they didn't get enough for him. Regardless of who you bring in , Your WR group is last in the AFC West next year. Get mad at me if you want but I only call em like I see um

He said game-changers.

Right now warm bodies will help, but that doesn't keep the window open.

Game changers weren’t going to happen. From the looks of it, Veach is switching to the “more good players” model over “superstars and trash” one.

$16M to Allen Robinson looks like a ****ing steal right now.

Need to find a #1 WR/someone to replace the most explosive playmaker on your team and of course immediate edge rusher/defensive line and CB help.

And with the Chiefs waiting to do this trade until after the first wave of free agency has effectively ended... they are left with secondary options (at best) if they want to fill some of these holes via free agency with their new found salary cap room.

We were never going to spend the big money on indidual FA's anyway.

Those days are over.

it's bargain shopping, baby, and draft your stars. That is The Way.

The Chiefs can’t control the fact that Adams was traded and changed negotiations. They didn’t “wait” for anything.

Stories out there that the Jets never put their number 10 on the table for the trade. Hill forced the front office into a corner and they did what they needed to do. It was smart not to impede the franchise by overpaying a wide receiver.

Especially when your quarterback is Patrick Mahomes.

5 picks and 70 mil on cap space I guess

Sure, but the cap savings has to be considered. It has to. Because it too well net more players, potentially game changing ones.

A good chunk of it will go to resigning OBJ-which needs to happen but maybe next season they can use the $$$ to grab CMC or Zeke when they inevitably get cut after this season...

You can't reset the market for everyone you re-sign. Being in the top 5 wasn't good enough for him.

He's welcome to get what he wants, but you gotta give somewhere.

You do with generational\HOF talent. You have to keep the core together (Mahomes, Hill, and Kelce). This would be like breaking up the big 3 in Dallas in their prime.

Mahomes has done well with Tyreek

We can get two quality edge rushers, a receiver and a corner in the first two rounds. That's significant.

I agree.

They have six picks in the top 3 rounds. Get 5-6 players with them.

Not just no, but **** no.

Looks like I'm in the minority here, but I like the trade. Hill is 28 years old. He is small and relies on speed. Kelce is getting toward the end of his career. The Hill deep ball of 2019 is a thing of the past. It's time to restock the toolbox. If they get Marcus Valdez Scandlin, and use the picks wisely, it's a gigantic win.
