He flat out said it wouldn't preclude them from being active in free agency.

I fail to understand why this is a problem unless people are just being purely emotional about this.

Amongst those three, we know where we would be signing if we were Robinson. 28-year-old Robinson seems at the stage of his career where he needs some space created for him. For sure. He's quite a bit better than either. He's a borderline #1 WR whereas neither of those guys are.
