AR is the better QB, but the results are about the same.

Not sure that NFCCG is one to use to prop either qb up. Wilson's rating was under 50 and Rogers was just over 50.

Far cry from Aaron Rodgers.

Nah the donkeys are lucky to miss him. Rodgers would start drama three games in.

Russel actually has a chance to unite this team. This hurts because I like Wilson and now I gotta hate him.

God damn

I don't get the argument that Russell Wilson is selfish...like Aaron Rodgers isn't? Aaron Rodgers is one of the most selfish sons of bitches in all of the NFL.

I have to say that I'm more comfortable giving up all that capital for Wilson than Rogers. Not because I think Wilson is better, of course, he's certainly not.

But with Rogers the window might be one or two years. Imagine you give up all that trade capital and he gets hurt early in the season. With Wilson, the window is probably 5+ years, so you have time even if he gets injured, time to tweak the roster, etc.

I don't know if teams actually think of it this way, but you could view it as amortization. With Wilson the trade capital is amortized over a longer period.

Y'all keep saying he is declining, but did you see him compete in that QB contest at the Pro Bowl? He smoked 'em all. I have him in the top 10 QB group and that's a hell of an upgrade for Denver....

Unfortanely! I wish they kept Lock but adding Russell will make the division tougher and Chiefs will have to earn the AFC West championship next year

So the Chiefs did not "earn" it the last 6 years?

Trading draft picks is different. It's the draft value of each pick and actually KC gave up about 185+ more than they needed to

How about focusing on the present? No one cares about the past

You do realize there are a lot of draft value charts out there, right? But with a standard one, giving up 185 points is equivalent to a mid-3rd, right? And any team in the NFL would be jumping for joy to trade up to acquire a generational QB of the future like Mahomes if it meant they gave up a 3rd above fair value?

Try harder.

You are the one that said they didn't earn it. I guess the Chiefs did not earn one of the longest winning streaks in NFL history against the Donks either?

Chiefs will still sweep the Cheating Donks this year. Wilson was horrible last year. Trading all that draft stock was stupid and will keep them in the basement for the next five years.
