I think so. He has skills, but he had lazy study habits and off-field issues. If his head is screwed on straight and he learned to run the correct route tree, he could be an excellent receiver. |
In 2 years we got 27 games, 1624 yards, and 10 touchdowns.
Oh, how will we go on? |

I don't recall seeing him on the field except preseason. |
Lots of reports that Robinson and Conley are stepping up and ready to take the next step in their careers.

Dorsey swingeth a quick and merciless axe.
Sauto is correct. Cap'n poopy pants will be in the middle of his 563'rd check-dump when that blade quietly lops his head right off. |

He didn't do diddly last year. Had a few good catches but too many drops and couldn't get separation.
Surprised but not saddened....... |
Just saw this thread.. haven't read all the posts but after OTAs they probably saw he still can't get open even against 2nd and 3rd teamers.... They have a plan.. let's hope it's a good one..

Overall, it was a great day for the offense, and specifically for Smith, who fired completions all over the field and enough dimes down the field that had players talking on both sides of the ball.
The best throw-and-catch of the day came on a pass from Smith to Robinson on a vertical route down the right sideline, which travelled at least 40 yards through the air and hit Robinson in stride for the touchdown. "He's a great guy-love Alex, man," Robinson said. "He's a great dude. He's smart, so I just learned a lot from him over the offseason. [That work] was a tremendous part of me being able to do what I was able to do today." Robinson showed out as one of the best athletes on the field on Wednesday, and he couldn't help but let those trying to cover him know who was winning the day. http://m.chiefs.com/news/article-2/A...d-8e248b512017 |
