It's not NY or LA but Detroit is still a pretty big metro area... 4+ million people. It's top 10-15. Definitely bigger than KC, St. Louis, Cleveland, etc.

If DM is going all-in for 2013-14 with the Myers trade, then let's go all-in. Bourjos, Dickey, I'd be happy with either.

Bourjos makes $500K this year, is arb eligible in 2014 (but wouldn't break the bank), not a FA until 2017. What would it take to get him? Ventura-plus? Done.

Well, if 2011 is the indicator then Frenchy might replicate his 2.9 WAR that year.

Plus, Frenchy has a greater track record of NOT being good. His 2011 WAR was his highest, by far, since 2007.
