Something about last meals and anti-freeze, a shovel and the backyard....

certainly not an extra trip to the pound with the gas prices....

They have anti-freeze, shovels and a back yard at pounds, don't they.

They should if they don't.

I would never stand for that. However, I would sit down for it, but only if I have some action on it.

You just follow him on a leash then?

Cntrygal 08-04-2007 10:11 PM

LOL... I thought that it was starting to cool off.

The mountains have been getting snow. Of course, all the snow never did completely melt - but the snow cover is starting to creep back down off the peaks.

No leash neccessary. I just snuggle on his lap and give him kisses from time to time.

It looks like you have the same forecast as us for the next week. Upper 90s every day.

On that note - I'm going to grab a sandwich then go watch a softball game. Turns out that our unit is playing against some Marines today.

Hopefully they are still tired & jet lagged.

I've never been in any time zone but central so this is interesting to me. One of my friends has moved to Korea, and she sends me emails often. I was at the computer and one popped across my screen, the date was the next day....I was like "I just got an email from the FUTURE!!". I thought Aces would fall out of his chair laughing at my reaction.

I see no point just to be in a different time zone. The furthest away I've been is Texas. I would like to travel, but time and finances don't permit alot of it. Most of our traveling is to see our parents (mine in Iowa and Ace's in Texas).

No point? One time I drove 30 miles out of my way just so my son could say he's been to Oklahoma. Those things are very important.

Noone would ever do that for me. I've seen Wisconsin, but haven't crossed the border. The first time I was in Kansas it was a drive-through. Who'd have thought I'd end up living here?

VonneMarie 08-04-2007 11:39 PM

I lived in Germany and Hawaii for a couple of years each... when I was a toddler.

SPchief 08-04-2007 11:42 PM

Interesting day today... Saw 3 rattlesnakes while playing golf... Was was about 10 feet from me while teeing off... None of us even heard or saw it... Tried to catch it with my driver but it got back in the brush...

I wasn't going in after it either... :shake:

crazycoffey 08-05-2007 08:57 PM

sup, PfourPrez....

not getting much response to our ten PM league, you, me and someone named Jeff..... I sent the info to three other people and they didn't log in, so it may be time to look at other avenues. I'll make another next week with a later draft and see if that makes a difference.

Priest4Prez 08-05-2007 08:58 PM
