The SEC does not ask anyone to join their league. They have said it time and again. There are no official or formal offers. Texas A & M was not invited...they asked to join.

Just because there is no official offer from the SEC does not mean nothing is happening. Not sure why people keep thinking that.

He made some interesting statements this morning. The most interesting one was along the lines of "Mizzou won't switch horses until after 2012"

Petro was speculating that to mean he was sending a message that the Big 12 was going to go for maximum exit fees. I think they would have a tough time doing that since they would have to put out the perception that the league is very weak for that to work.

I am sure if I call Iowa a fat girl with pimples you would say something. I fail to see how every other school can have pride...but not Mizzou. Anytime Mizzou gets excited or proud about anything the KU/K-State crowd has a ****ing conniption.

The large majority of people saying those things are KU/KSU fans. Why would rivals retract their smack? If MU goes SEC there is a better chance of them shifting to sister-****ing smack than there is of them playing nice with you.
