sounds good but I cant remember when I didn't finish a steak even a bad one. I would probably use Rosedale spicy just personal preference.

Are those eggs? Looks like it, but could be fresh mozzarella.

Yes, eggs. The cooking method essentially poached them.

My family tends to over buy every time we have a BBQ. Always something left over.

No offense, but putting barbecue sauce on a piece of meat after it's already been grilled isn't much better than ketchup.

Or as Inmen would say, Barbecue!!

It just helps with the dryness, after all it is reheated. #petpeeve

The gf made shakshuka last night.

Looks almost like Morrocan eggs. I'll have to try this one.

Now, when are you going to marry the lady? :hmmm:

Well desperate measures I suppose if you have leftover steak. I honestly cant remember any steak that I had leftovers just gristle from a bad one.

I have two half-ribeyes from the last few days that my wife didn't eat. Not uncommon for us. I'll eat the whole ribeye, she'll eat half of one.

Then it's always tricky finding something to do with it, and sometimes I forget about it and it goes to waste.

I just donned my green apron to put over my green St. Patty's Day t-shirt to make Irish bread with carawey seeds and golden raisins and an Irish Shepherds pie with lamb. I'll serve with a green salad and green fruits to adorn my table and use for dessert. Starting late but it's gonna be a late dinner due to the SO's work schedule.

Hey FMB, I'm gonna add cream cheese and imported Irish cheddar to my potato topping but still use Alton's meat filling recipe. Saw it here:

https://www.irelandcalling.ie/irish-...rds-pie-recipe

Think it will be more flavorful tho' richer and fattier.
