What will the Chiefs do at NT? They really need to fill that void before they sign anyone else IMO.
Bennie Logan? |

I wouldn't be surprised if they just go with Hamilton and a rookie at this point.

We were going after Wilkerson and Lotulelei apparently and had interest in Richardson. I am pretty sure Veach will sign a DL or trade for one. Same for a CB but in the end it might just be one or the other. I guess another possibility could be a trade up to get our next Chris Jones around the top of the 2nd round but you can't draft a DT at the bottom of the 2nd round and expect him to provide you with quality snaps right from the start. You have boosted the offense so much with the Watkins signing, you can't just be content with what the defense has now. You have to go all in whilst not mortgaging the future at the same time. |

only on long downs are we in a 2-4-5 set |

You're outright predicting gloom and doom on a team that was #1 in scoring offense and #12 in scoring defense with a 2nd year QB. Dumb as ****. |

And it's a fact that Year 2 under Phillips is worse than year 1 HISTORICALLY |

 The Rams could miss the playoffs this year but not for any of the reasons you mentioned. |

Raiders signed LS Andrew DePaola, formerly of the Bears, to a four-year, $4.27 million contract.
The deal includes $875,000 guaranteed, and makes DePaola the league's highest-paid player who snaps the ball a longer distance than it is usually snapped. Rarely, if ever, do you see a team signing away a long snapper. The deal comes on the heels of the Raiders' blockbuster signing of FB Keith Smith, a converted linebacker. To date, new coach Jon Gruden seems to be pursuing a decidedly old school approach. |
