Do you guys actually think all these receivers are more talented than Toney, or are you ordering them by expected yardage?

I've had 4 of the same meniscus surgeries he went through today. From skiing. Even if he was in peak shape with full strength in the leg he had knee surgery on this summer - the same one he had done today - it's going to take awhile for him to be 100%. I think he'll miss a couple games or if he rehabs it quicker than expected and plays in the season opener it will likely be in a limited basis. I know it sounds crazy and I know it's early, but we're going to be fine at WR this season even when he's not on the field. JuJu and Mecole were not that great. Rice is the real deal, James is a chain-mover and quick, and I think Skyy is going to look like an entirely different guy with a year under his belt. And MVS balled out in the AFC Championship game and he can build on that confidence Mahomes had to gain in him from that performance. And who knows with Justyn Ross? We all see the same videos. He looks like he's back 100%. I just don't want to count on him for anything. |
Okay gang,
So, the young CB’s finished strong last year, and one of the main stories of camp so far seems to be that the young corners are playing really, really well. McDuffie Williams Johnson Jones Watson … if that trend continues all season, I don’t see how/why we pay Sneed even though I love him. It’s a great problem to have. |
Hell, even the young safeties are playing well in Conner and Cook.
Also, is Johnson a Safety, Corner, or both? |
