Trading Ware makes a lot of sense. He’s coming off of injury, but was a top back in the league before, and a guy that is a receiving threat to boot. If the chiefs can prove he’s healthy, he could carry some decent value.

Is the Chiefs rookie cap even 5 million without a first rounder?

Also hopefully the stagnant safety market helps the Chiefs get a good player cheap.

He's probably an upgrade over fan favorite west.. dude was great his first season for a back up and literally has been underwhelming since. I may be in the minority but I feel like he's gotten less explosive.
