I would think that if Horton got passed over in AZ.....that he'd find a HC job somewhere. Who ****ing knows though....

Sorry, I'm not ever going to be for drafting another 5'9 170lb receiver in the 2nd when there's the likelihood of a #2 CB being available.

Horton that is.

Horton would still be under contract as Arizona's DC and that would still be a lateral move, no?

very very very glad to hear that clark is going to let Reid fumigate the place...you have to get rid of everything with pioli's stink on it

Can NFL teams still offer the whole DC/Asst HC job to get coaches?

All the smoky goodness!!!"

Lol that's my only knock on LC's. Overall cleanliness has never been a priority there (and the employees are definitely not the type to have any initiative). But you're right, the smoker should never be cleaned.

Eventually, they'll hire a new HC who isn't going to keep Horton around.

Todd will be hired in ZOna and not let Horton come to KC.

Poetic Justice.

Not sure. There are 7 openings right now: KC, Philly, Arizona, Buffalo, SD, Cleveland, and Chicago.

Coaches out there are Reid, Kelly, Gruden, McCoy, O'Brien, Marrone, Lovie Smith, Arians among others. It's very possible Horton gets left out.

Reports have Andy Reid to Kansas City all but done. Awesome. Don't know how this turns out, but AFC West so much more interesting these days

The Chargers should be fine in the long run. They are interviewing some top notch GM candidates and have Ron Wolf advising.

That said, we thought the same thing when Pioli was hired four years ago...

He's an inch taller and 15 pounds heavier. Not much of a difference there.

If a good solid Flowers type prospect is there in the 2nd, then the Chiefs have a tough choice. If there isn't and tavon is still there, you go with Tavon.
