Green Bay is in a similar situation as the Chiefs looking to draft an impact WR to replace their traded #1 WR.

They have the 22nd and 28th picks in the first round to work with.

The Chiefs have the 29th and 30th picks in the first round.

Also the Jets have a WR need and have two picks in the top 10.

The Chiefs are going to have serious competition if the plan is to trade up in the first round to draft Tyreek's replacement.

And if the plan is to replace him with a 2nd/3rd round or later draft pick... then, well... yikes.

That's what I'm thinking. Their going to have to move up to get him.

Similar to my thoughts only the Royals didn’t really have a Mahomes or close to existing talent.

Bull ****ing shit. He would stay here if we paid him

Names then.

Since this is easy.

Are you serious?

You can't name any hot, young talented WR's that've come out of the draft these last 5 years? When there's been guys literally every year.

Really?

That's a stupid question and not even worth my time.

Not a fan of this guy at all, but he's spot on here. Hell, they are all lottery tickets.

Chances are Jameson isn't ready to play until about halfway through the season but the bigger issue is that it's almost guaranteed he can't participate fully in offseason stuff.

We can't afford to draft guys high that won't contribute IMMEDIATELY. Taking Jameson was a bad idea before they traded Tyreek. Now it's a luxury they simply cannot afford at any cost.

Is it possible that it wasn't only the fans who were tiring of Mahomes wife and brother or strictly the gigantic paycheck?
I say the paycheck mostly.

That being said if people settle down they should see that the Chiefs flat out robbed the Dolphins. IMHO of course.

Sure, but the cap savings has to be considered. It has to. Because it too well net more players, potentially game changing ones.

Veach you always have a plan. With our OnLine last year people were like wtf but you always have a plan. In Veach we trust!!

LongSufferingToady 03-23-2022 11:52 AM

Wow. Just wow. Very disappointed to see him go. But he held out for more money and last year he was not as effective as years past. So we'll see how this turns out.

ChiefBlueCFC 03-23-2022 11:52 AM

Okay, I'm feeling better the longer this sits... I have to think that they would be going after Landry now... or OBJ... have to be right?

He was going to have to hit on 30 and 62 anyways. Now he has 29, 30, 50 and 62.

On Hill's level? Only one that I can think of is Chase. There isn't a WR like Hill in the NFL and that demands all the attention he gets.
