I've got 5 guys I'm targeting for the Hawks in the 2nd round and 6 people picking in front of me. Will at least 1 of them fall?

With the second pick in the second round of the 2010 Chiefs Planet Mock Draft the Detroit Lions select cornerback from Rutgers, Devin McCourty. He can help fill the void at corner and contribute on special teams.

Dunlap is a top 5 talent IMO. His off the field stuff hurt him. Hell of a pick for Nawlins.

The Bucs WR depth chart will make a man cry so I'm pretty happy this guy is available. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers select Arrelious Benn, WR, Illinois
|
The Chiefs are on the clock.
This next pick has to be a 3-4 DE......right? |
Glad Benn is off the board-I think he'll be a bust. Chiefs on the clock. Hope we pick a big tub of goo for a NT

Thank you. When drafting for a team like Detroit fixing the potential starting lineup is really foremost in my mind. That's why I took Okung and now went with McCourty over other players. By adding Corey Williams and KVB the Lions now can field a respectable starting defensive line. The same couldn't be said for the secondary and offensive line. No position on the Lions is a finished product in terms of talent but these two draft picks fill their two most pressing needs.

Solid pick for the Bucs. I was thinking either Benn or another WR perhaps Thomas? For KC I would like very much if they took Hughes or Thomas.

I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm concerned about this next pick being a liability against the run, but he's the best player on our board and fills a HUGE need.
Kansas City selects: Jerry Hughes, OLB, Texas Christian |
Alright.....see you guys when Mecca picks tomorrow at noon. :D
|
Okay, at least 1 of my 3 guys should be there by the time I'm up now.
