And for the record the Chiefs get gashed in the run game because they ****ing keep lining Daniel Sorenson up as a LB in the nickel, that ****in kills it.

Yea, but that’s hope.

Who knows if that was even possible with it being the Broncos.

I honestly thought the Donks would cut him.

But my moron ass didn't think Peters would be traded or that we'd get more than a (current year) 4th for Alex Smith...

O.city 03-15-2018 02:44 PM

The two young ilbs should help va the run

I don’t get the doom and gloom so early in the offseason with the defense.

No doom and gloom, just football talk. I think we can all agree that this defense was bad last year in a lot of statistical categories.

It's undergoing a youth movement with a lot of unproven players.

There's a lot of holes to be filled here and until they're filled, this year or next, it's still a hole.

Mecca 03-15-2018 02:45 PM

Seriously if you lined up in 3 WR's on 1st and 10 and see Daniel Sorenson standing there as a LB, why would you not hand off every single time?

How about this...they could probably right now sign Dominique Easley and Mike Pannell for about 1.5 million combined, would everyone be happy then?

Yeah its Sutton’s fault Alex Smith is a pussy.

FFS the defense gave up 22 points. That’s literally league average ROFL

They will. Its not even a question.

I swear, people completely forget that we started the worst edge player in the league for most of the season and played without our best defensive player for 15 games.

By the end of the draft, the defense will look just fine.

I didn’t mean that towards you, but there are others that are panicking before the draft and just a couple days into free agency.

Anyone want a backup QB...

Any DC that has Justin Houston running downfield with Antonio Brown trying to cover him, or comes up with a defensive front so horrificaly bad that a team can audible into a run and score instantly is out of ****ing control and needs to be shown the door.

Easley is very good if healthy, I'd take that chance. I'd like them to get into the Adrian Claiborne talks too.

I don’t get where people think Nelson was that bad last year. He was out for the first half IIRC and had a decent year all things considered. He had an “average” grade for PFF which I think sounds about right.

I think he has his best year in a contract year.

I know he said on IG that he’s going to prove he’s a top 5 ( LMAO ) corner inside or out this year, so he’s up for the challenge.

He had a torn core muscle last year and then played as it was still healing.

He should be better this year.
