I'm tired of this soft ass defensive line. It's been a problem for this team for years now.

Yep. Maybe if Reid would've swallowed his loyalty and pride and fired Sutton I'd be a bit more forgiving, but he didn't and I'm not. Now we're going to be running the same sort ass scheme with the same soft ass players and maybe a rookie or two? **** off.

Outside of Jones, what heavy investment has been along the DL? They’re going to go up and get a guy like Vea and Rasheem Green. Or something like that. Young guys need to play to develop. Not sit on the ****ing bench.

Here's the deal, actual run stoppers aren't expensive a guy like Mike Pennel is going to get a chump change contract. Athletic dudes who can rush the passer and play 3 downs get paid more money.

If you you are worried about is stopping the run the Chiefs can literally sign 2 guys for pocket change and improve that. It's probably why Tim Settle is going to fall in the draft, Ted Washingtons and Keith Traylors really aren't the way of the league anymore.

This defense is going to take more than one off-season to become really good. They need high pick investments on the DL and at safety
