Plus not all aew stars are on full time contracts. They also some that get paid but they make more money from other shows and stuff so tony khan not breaking the bank on his rosters.

What's going on is all of their profit is from TV. Literally something like 90% of WWEs profit is from the TV contracts. The rest is from their big spectacle stadium shows people attend just because it's a big show.

To show growth to investors they're cutting costs, that simple

That's interesting. So AEW is actually treating the wrestlers like independent contractors, as opposed to WWE using it as a loophole.

I've been out on wrestling since before Punk left WWE so I haven't seen any of the actual product. But loosely paying attention from the outside, I had wondered if AEW was in danger of WCWing themselves with spending on aging stars.

Kenny Omega has a AAA title.. Moxley is the GCW champion, guys are allowed to work other places.

Of course, in reality it's his fault for grievously misusing the talent and treating the talent like disposable numbers is a pretty stupid way to go about things when the upstart company is gobbling it all up and is poised better than any other wrestling company besides WWE has been in almost a quarter century.

I thought Bray was a pretty big money maker?

He moved merch, in reality no one is a draw now. The WWE has spent years pushing brand over talent so they're all just replaceable pieces.

The problem is that if WWE is not seen as a place for opportunity they will lose a lot of potential superstar talent that should be main eventers like WCW losing Jericho, Benoit, Eddie, and Mysterio.

Well no unless you dig Splatoon.

He probably clutched his chest immediately and told Chyna he was on his way to see her.
