No way can we draft all of these if we plan to have day 1 guys. Veach better start investing for the defense in FA. Maybe he’s thinking Patrick Mahomes is used to having 50-47 shoot outs in the Big 12.

I think our top 3 CBs are set right now. We'll probably draft one for depth this year and a starter (hopefully) next year. Defensive line is the main need right now. That is unless they think Justin Hamilton is going to be their NT for the future.

The Chiefs would probably make the argument while they could use a safety they don't NEED one the same as they'd say that about CB I bet.

NT is a need and I'm sure they'll get someone cheap since the guys who are just run stuffers don't have much value.
