NFLPA updates the teams cap every night I agree it makes no sense

I’m not sure anyone knows what’s going on with the cap. OTC and Spotrac are both different.

Only RGR has claimed that they did to my knowledge. He kept saying to sign JJSS they would have had to.

He cost 3.5m vs cap they didn’t have to.
